Possible reasons for anxiety and depression

Anxiety is just a deep feeling in which a person undergoes a state of fear. Most of the times, various experiences are linked to the past which create such situations but it does not mean that it will not affect the other person. This can be due to any reason but more specifically it occurs due to major factors which do not appear in normal human beings. The rate of depression is much higher in women as compared to men and this at some instances is not realized by them. Some of the major causes are listed below:

  • Hormone fluctuations

This is very common thing that hormones may fluctuate due to various factors in both males and females. This leads to anger, mood swings and also restlessness. Menopause actually is the main reason for fluctuations in hormonal tendency. There are so many other factors which cause tension and then stress related problems.

  • Dual responsibilities

It is the most common reason for depression or anxiety disorders. Supporting a family is a very big risk and this must be handled in a very smooth way. An individual should know how to tackle with the various situations at home or in office. Prefer not to mix up the problems since this will create so many other tactful disharmonies.

  • Unhealthy diet

Healthy diet is must not only for the working people but also for the normal person who is not indulged in any activity. The food must be fresh and should be healthy as well. Improper food affects the health and the result will be visible within few hours or days. To reduce tension or stress try to follow healthy diet. The diet should be completely enriched with various vitamins and minerals.

So, follow various guidelines to be fit and healthy i.e. free from diseases.
